Joette Gittens, RN, brings more than twenty years of executive operations leadership in healthcare, where unclear systems and weak accountability are not academic problems - they are real risks to people and performance. As Vice President of Operations, she learned how to hold both compassion and standards, ask hard questions, and build structures that actually work under pressure.
Her Christian faith anchors her belief that leadership is stewardship - influence is given to serve others, not control them.
